• My downloaded data (Access or Excel files) looks compressed/squished. How can I view the data in a more user-friendly format?

  All downloaded data tables (Access or Excel) have fixed-width columns. First, the user should highlight the entire data table of interest by clicking the block located at the intersection of the row and column headers of the table (upper left corner). The user can also select the entire data table of interest by pressing "Ctrl + a". After selecting the data table of interest (or a subset of columns), the user can adjust the column width to fit the full column header title by double-clicking the vertical border of any of the highlighted column header cells. This will automatically expand (or reduce) the highlighted columns accordingly.
